We are excited to announce a partnership between Nexomic and Cancer Research Horizons.

This partnership will enable us to validate DeepOmic, our tumour-agnostic foundation model, using S:CORT, one of the most comprehensive multi-modal colorectal cancer datasets, comprising more than 1,750 deeply characterised, clinically-linked patient profiles. By analysing this rich molecular and clinical data, we aim to uncover the biological drivers of treatment response and resistance in colorectal cancer, and to identify novel biomarkers that support more precise patient stratification.
